I will be holding an exhibition of my new paintings and drawings(including the one above) as part of Warwickshire Open Studios. This bi-annual event, formerly known as Warwickshire Artsweeks, is a fantastic opportunity to see the breadth and depth of creativity in my home county. Additional life drawing and painting summer school
For those of you who were unable to get a place on my July summer school I am proposing to hold another one in August. It will take place in the fully equipped art studio at Shottery on tuesday, wednesday and thursday 7th, 8th and 9th August. This three day course is a wonderful opportunity to learn and practice a range of media and techniques. The mornings are devoted to drawing with a range of poses from rapid dynamic ones to more langorous long ones. The model will be in the same pose every afternoon to enable a life painting to be completed.The cost is £120, which includes paper and light refreshments.
